H 1010 was a truly special project because we worked hand-in-hand with our client from day one. Every decision was made with care to ensure that the final result not only met expectations—but actually went beyond what we had originally shown in the renderings. Since it’s a studio apartment, the biggest challenge was making the space feel open, functional, and well-defined, while still keeping it fluid and airy. We used a mix of wood tones, wall paneling in key areas, and elements like rugs to define spaces without needing to build walls. Every corner was designed to be useful without feeling cluttered. The overall vibe was inspired by beach living—and with good reason: the apartment is located in a beachfront complex. We wanted the space to feel calm and light from the moment you walk in. That’s why we chose natural materials, a soft, coastal-inspired palette, and design solutions that add functionality while keeping things fresh. We also created a custom storage unit to help organize the space and keep the layout flowing. One of the most important touches was the indirect lighting, which adds a warm, cozy glow—perfect for winding down at the end of the day. H 1010 is proof that with thoughtful design and attention to detail, even a small space can feel spacious, comfortable, and full of personality.
