Casa G 202 was one of those projects where we had the opportunity to oversee everything—from technical work to the finishing decorative touches. The goal was clear: to deliver a fully turnkey rental-ready apartment. Every decision was made with durability, low maintenance, and a warm, contemporary aesthetic in mind.
We worked with resilient materials like solid Parota, teak, and oak wood, combined with easy-to-clean fabrics—so constant use wouldn’t compromise the design. Nearly all the furniture was custom-made, striking a balance where rustic textures feel fresh and timeless, not heavy or outdated.
This was a full-scope transformation: we made electrical upgrades, installed ceiling fans, designed and installed both built-in and movable furniture, and completed the setup with décor, dinnerware, and kitchen essentials. The result is a space that’s ready to be lived in—or rented out—from day one, with nothing else to worry about.
One of our favorite spots is the terrace, where we designed an L-shaped sofa upholstered in Sunbrella fabric—perfect for enjoying the tropical climate without worrying about wear and tear. Casa G 202 is a space designed for easy living, built with honest materials and a natural style that feels vibrant, fresh, and functional.
