3 Vistas was designed to let visitors experience the true scale and feel of a fully furnished space. Its name comes from the three stunning views that surround it: the ocean, the mountains, and the river. The goal is simple — to help people imagine what life would be like in a home that’s ready to live in.
To make that experience complete, we partnered with local furniture brands and included the work of an international artist, filling each area with functional pieces and finished decor.
The living room, kitchen, and dining area feature dark woods paired with light upholstery. Instead of the typical coastal style, we used organic textures and a warm, neutral palette to create a cozy, refined atmosphere.
Each bedroom reflects a different personality and way of living. The primary suite stands out with a three-panel headboard that spans the wall, creating a sense of visual continuity and openness. The secondary bedrooms use different color palettes to show how the same floor plan can work for different types of guests.
Outside on the terrace, we added a dining table for outdoor gatherings and lounge chairs facing the ocean — perfect for enjoying the tropical weather and stunning sunsets. In essence, 3 Vistas is a livable showroom: it shows real dimensions, smart layout ideas, and proves that function and style can live together beautifully.
