We’re a team passionate about design in all its forms. Our story has been shaped by every project we’ve taken on—each one bringing us closer to our vision. Every project is a chance to express our creativity, and every challenge moves us one step closer to innovation.

Meet our team

My name is Micaela Polimeni Di Fonzo. I trained as an Architect, Urban Planner, and Designer at the University of Mendoza in Argentina, and later specialized in Furniture and Retail Design at the Autonomous University of Buenos Aires. I’ve always been driven by curiosity, creativity, and a deep attention to detail.
Life took a few unexpected turns, and I eventually moved to Mexico with the dream of building my path as an independent designer. Along the way, I not only grew professionally—I also met key people who have become an essential part of this journey. After many conversations, fresh ideas, and shared goals, Gliartt Studio was born.
What I’m most passionate about in design is the ability to transform spaces in a way that truly improves people’s lives. My approach is grounded in listening, observing, and applying my knowledge to solve real needs—creating atmospheres that resonate emotionally and turning each project into an experience that exceeds expectations.
My goal is for people to feel genuinely happy in their homes—to live in them, and to enjoy them to the fullest.

“The home should be the treasure chest of living, the machine of happiness.” – Le Corbusier

My name is Alex Enríquez Varela. I studied Interior Design at the University of Guadalajara, and in 2020 I arrived in Puerto Vallarta with a suitcase full of ideas and the determination to start from scratch.
The pandemic changed my plans—but it also opened new doors. A year later, I met someone who shared my vision. What began as many long conversations eventually became Gliartt Studio, a project born with passion, purpose, and a genuine desire to create meaningful design.
My favorite part of the process is furniture design. I love seeing an idea evolve into a unique piece, built with care, precision, and teamwork. I especially enjoy 3D modeling and rendering, because that’s where ideas start to take shape. But the real value lies in being part of the entire process—until that piece of furniture comes to life exactly as imagined.
Watching our projects come to life is still, for me, the most exciting part of it all.
